Manage billing, wallet balance, and payment methods.

TRUXX HUB uses wallet-based billing for protected API operations. Use the billing area in the TRUXX HUB portal to manage payment methods, monitor wallet balance, control auto recharge, and review trip and refund transactions.

Payment methods

Go to Billing > Payment Methods in the TRUXX HUB portal to add a card for wallet funding and auto recharge support.

Billing overview

Go to Billing > Overview to monitor the wallet and control funding behavior.

Transactions

Go to Billing > Transactions to review wallet activity related to API usage and billing adjustments.

TripRecorded when a trip is created and billed against the wallet.
RefundRecorded when funds are returned after eligible trip cancellation or adjustment.

Test environment behavior

In the test environment, you do not need to add a test card before development. The sandbox wallet is provisioned with 1,000,000 AED for integration testing.

Sandbox note

Use the sandbox balance to test pricing, trip creation, cancellation, and transaction flows without topping up a separate test card.

How wallet billing works

  • Protected API operations require an available wallet for the authenticated account
  • The platform checks wallet state before allowing protected requests to proceed
  • Trip-related billing activity appears under billing transactions
  • Refund activity appears when cancellation or adjustment flows return funds to the wallet
  • Production usage should be monitored regularly from the billing area in the TRUXX HUB portal
